LA Heart Project’s Thrift Store will help provide job opportunities for people coming out of human trafficking, along with on site job training to build real life skills. The revenue generated from the store will help fund initiatives designed to build up our community, such as food banks and children’s literacy programs in Boyle Heights and Estrada Courts in LA. As the organization grows, we also hope that our store will be able to fund and partner with anti-human trafficking organizations and help to support those who need it the most.

The LA Heart Project was founded with the goal of providing aid and opportunity to those experiencing poverty, as well as to victims of human trafficking. The Project brings people and resources together with the intention of elevating the lives of those who need it most. Through partnerships with local food pantries, anti human-trafficking organizations, and charitable outreaches. LA Heart Project has been able to provide food, clothing, and many other resources to those in need. If you’d like to learn more on how to volunteer with us, sign up for our monthly opportunity newsletter.
